Hey everyone,

I recently set up my A1000 for my older kids (4 and 6), so they could play Lemmings. They absolutely love it, but my 2-year-old felt the need to smash the mouse into the desk, and now the left mouse button doesn't work properly. The microswitch seems to work fine, but it appears as if something with the action of the physical button is off.

Tl;dr: I need to buy a new mouse for my A1000. I'd prefer an original Commodore Amiga mouse, but I'm open to other ideas at this point. I was tempted to buy one of those DB9/USB adapters, but I'd rather pursue the original hardware route first.

Anyone have any they'd like to sell?

Thanks!
Scott

You could try one of those laser replacements for the internals of the mouse.

Such as this:

Another option is the tiny MouSTer, which, despite its name and origin, works wonderfully with an Amiga :) :
