It's hot in Seattle this weekend. It's not Texas hot, or Arizona hot, but in Seattle none of us have air conditioning (although that may change eventually).

So, when it gets hot like this, sometimes you have to find a cold dark room and simply play a game. My game of choice today is Montezuma's Revenge for the C64. Originally written for the Atari 800 by a 16 year old in 1983, the rights were soon snapped up by Parker Brothers and the game was ported to various platforms, including the C64.

It got an upgraded version in 1988 for the Sega Master System, too. I always wished it had been given a wider release to the Amiga and a few other machines, but alas it didn't.

But the C64 version is sweet!
