Loving the convenience of a Gotek, but I'm wondering about the best way to handle games that were optimized for (or even required?) a second disk drive. I know how to make it swap (virtual) disks, but I'm talking about having a second drive (or "drive") so that a 2-disk game could be played with no swapping. I suppose there's no reason a second Gotek wouldn't work... do people do that? Or are the vast majority of multi-disk games covered by WHDLoad, so people tend not to bother?

btw I do have an ACA500plus and ACE2b on the way (just placed an order Friday with Individual Computers)... so if acceleration, expanded RAM, the aforementioned WHDLoad, etc. offer some good options here, I'm all ears. Please help me solve this very first-world problem.

Cant help you with a Gotek.

What I am using is a HxC. The one that uses SDs has always been able to emulate 2 FDDs.

I thought with the recent FlashFloppy firmwares that was also possible with the Gotek?
