New 68000 Sockets Have Broken Pin

Hello all,

I have purchased two machined 68000 sockets from two different sellers in the past month and both had a broken pin/leg. Is this normal for a 68000 socket or do I just have bad luck?

That shouldn't happen. They should be well packed.

I always buy brand new from a big supplier - arrow/digikey/mouser etc

Thank you dalek, I just ordered one from digi-key. I had to pay almost as much in shipping as the part but if it is a good one it's worth it.
