Here is the new MAS Player (Amiga MP3 Player for the parallel port) - made by me and full Open Source :)
I've made a "normal" version and a version for A1000 (of course ;)).

The clou: All needed parts are actually available and the hardware is 95% prebuildable by JLCPCB.

Hi there,

This is very exciting as I have been hunting high and low for one of the MAS Player Evolutions or original MAS Players as was demonstrated by Dan Wood here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdxuIZftyis&t=526s

The only issue remains - I am by no means a capable person with a soldering iron and could certainly not succeed in attempting to make my own using your generously provided guide etc.

I am reaching out to you in hopes that I could perhaps persuade you to build me one yourself and ship it across to me. I am happy to pay you for both your time and expertise as well as the unit itself. Is this a viable request we can try to come to an agreement with?

Thank you for your time.

Sorry for the thread necro, but from where do you source the MAS chip?

This is very nice version, as it doesn't require joystick adapter.

This doesn't seem to apply today? Does any one has these for sale, I would like to get one.
