getting parts but can't find SN74ALS245AN , SN74ALS244CN, SN74LS393N ..anyone know where I can get these?

few of many to follow questions:

1- I'm assuming I don't have to install the RTC chip since I already have one on my Parceiro?

2- Kickstart..I do have 1.3 from a spare Amiga 500 board I can use but I'm assuming this is optional if one wants to boot kickstart from floppy?

You do not.

You can use any Kickstart ROM you want, or none at all.

I use the KS 1.3 ROM and the boot floppy from the Parceiro (I use a WB-only version for the Parceiro).

hmm if the kickstart is on Rejuvenator why would you still need the floppy wouldn’t it just load Workbench off the Parceiro? I don’t mind booting from disk at all but just wondering

No, you still need the boot disk in order to mount the drive and pass control over to SD0:
But yes, once it hands things over Workbench is loaded off the Parceiro.

The advantage of having the on-board kickstart ROM is one less disk to pack onto the boot disk. So it's a bit faster.

ah ok & saving the extra ram for the kickstart file to boot off disk is a bonus too
