Just saw an Ebay auction for these 3d glasses... and they're exact copies of the X-Specs!
Possible the same company made them?

The headset/goggles look like a perfect match, 100%. Even the head strap has that red line in both.

IIRC site member Crispy has a pair of the X-Specs for Amiga. Maybe he can confirm or deny if it's the same company that produced them or not.

The one for TV says it is by "3-D TV Corp". (What an imaginative name!)
The X-Specs 3D for Amiga, from what I can find, is from Haitex Resources, Inc.

But maybe Haitex bought some stock from 3D TV Corp and created the interface and software? Weird! (Or vice-versa.)

One forum post I found suggested the computer version might have been made in 1989, where the TV version might have been 1991. So possibly it was the other way around?

Those definitely look like the same headset. The X-Specs come with an adapter that plugs into the joystick port. I imagine that Haitex sourced the headsets from 3-D TV, and made their own LCD shutter controller for the Amiga.

Very likely the same as the Famicom 3d shutter glasses as well:
