Man, found this thread today (after coming across the YouTube videos during a Sidecar/SCSI adapter search). I'd love to have a Rejuvenator for my NTSC A1000!

I'll be keeping up with the efforts, and wish for the best!

Latest update:

My original Rejuvenator as well as some brand new boards will be on their way back to me in the next week or so. Once I have everything, I'll be shipping things to Germany where some very cool volunteers have raised their hands to try and unlock the secrets of the 4 protected PAL chips.

In addition, the schematics joethezombie created will be put on Github soon as well. A hand-off has begun to a new team of volunteers.

The Rejuvenator project is not dead. It is entering a new phase of international help and cooperation.

You can't get any more Amiga than that, folks.

This would be great except I can't find a fat agnus to save my life. 8372AB (318069-03) If anyone has a working chip they would like to sell, please let me know. 🙂

Not that they're a LOT more common, but once it is open source, adapting the design to the 8375 would help.

Look for an 8375 318069-18 (PAL) or 318069-19 (NTSC), they are nearly a drop-in replacement for the 8372AB and pop up from time to time. Only difference is that pin 41 is no longer used for switching between PAL/NTSC as the default (they are, however, switchable by the OS) but for VBB which requires a capacitor over the PAL/NTSC jumper and removal of a pull-up (if present) for that pin. Works perfectly in the A3000 and my phoenix board.
