Selling Amigas on eBay with WHDLoad Games Pack

I am trying to find out whether it is legal to sell an Amiga with a CF card.

Is it legal to sell
- Workbench 3.1 installed on the CF card?
- WHDLoad games in a compressed format?
- ROMs / RTB files ?

Also, is it legal to have
- WHDLoad games in a compressed format that you have never purchased but never run! i.e. the compressed file is just sitting there never to be used.

So your OS should be fine. You have essentially done a hard drive install. The original disks should go with the Amiga you sell. As for the WHDload games and roms, unless they are your copies of games you own, by the letter of the law, no you can’t sell or own them. However, this how we walk into these grey waters of abandon ware....
