I finally acquired a monitor badge. Now my set - the complete end-to-end set I've always wanted - is complete.

To be applied thus:
  • Monitor Badge: Monitor (natch)
  • Square "chicklet" 1: Amiga 1000 Case
  • Square "chicklet" 2: Amiga 1000 Keyboard
  • Square "chicklet" 3: External Amiga 1010 disk drive
I've had the 3 small square badges in storage for years now while I patiently waited until I scored a monitor badge before I went all-in on flipping everything over.

Now on to the potentially difficult task of trying to swap them all out without damaging any of the old badges, new badges or cases! It's a tad nerve wracking; hence why it's been so easy to procrastinate until I got the whole set.

I'm guessing the A1000 and A1010 will be the easiest. Then the Keyboard. Then the monitor... (I really don't want to take the monitor apart!)

From what I've been told:
Heat and single sided razor blade to remove on keyboard.
Heat and soft/rubber item pushing from the back on A1000 [front case plate].
Anyone else have any tips? The monitor case is slightly curved.
