I will explain what this is all about later in much more detail, but I had to share my latest heart-crushingly gorgeous toy that I hooked up today in less than 30 minutes today.
Keep your eyes peeled for a small expansion device on the side of the Amiga 1000. It includes a semi-autobooting 2GB HDD, coin-cell modern RTC, 8MB fast SRAM (not DRAM). And this is on top of a machine that has a 2MB Chip, KS 1.3 ROM'd Rejuvenator, for a whopping 10+ megs of total RAM.
