I used to speak with the author of this back in 1991 but eventually gave up waiting for it. Apparently it did come out on the Amiga and there are real copies floating around. I just found this one on eBay:
I'll probably not get around to testing it for a while, and if I read the web correctly, you actually need two full setups to even start a game (2 copies of the game, two compatible LCS shutter glasses and joystick port interfaces, and two VR slingshot dongles)
