If you have to opportunity to Flash the ROM in your accelerator card then you can simply use Remus to exchange the old trackdisk.device from 1.3 with the one from 2.05.

But that would also remove the ability to access high density drives.

No the other way around. Put the trackdisk.device from 2.05 in Kick 1.3 and use this new ROM with you accelerator.

Fortunately I also have one of these Chinon HD drives at hand; I'll give it a try when I find the time - thanks for this program, sounds very nice indeed (and I've often been missing some more disk space on my floppies...)
