Good news on the Amiga 4000 front. I cleaned it up and got it to boot. I have not opened the PSU yet to see how clean it is. I am not sure it is safe to leave it on for long periods before I do that.

Aye, 4000's (and 1200s and 600s) are notorious for having their caps leak. 2000s (or 3000s, 500s and 1000s) not so much.
