I would suggest grabbing a GreaseWeazle v4, and dumping the disk with it.

I just rediscovered this thread and realized that I have a boxed NTSC copy of Ultima VI sitting on my shelf. I got it pretty recently as part of a collection. I wish I had connected the dots sooner, but if my copy can be of any help still, I'll be happy to do both raw and ADF dumps of the disks.
