Not that they're a LOT more common, but once it is open source, adapting the design to the 8375 would help.RetroAsylum wrote: ↑Wed Apr 28, 2021 6:53 amThis would be great except I can't find a fat agnus to save my life. 8372AB (318069-03) If anyone has a working chip they would like to sell, please let me know.
Look for an 8375 318069-18 (PAL) or 318069-19 (NTSC), they are nearly a drop-in replacement for the 8372AB and pop up from time to time. Only difference is that pin 41 is no longer used for switching between PAL/NTSC as the default (they are, however, switchable by the OS) but for VBB which requires a capacitor over the PAL/NTSC jumper and removal of a pull-up (if present) for that pin. Works perfectly in the A3000 and my phoenix board.RetroAsylum wrote: ↑Wed Apr 28, 2021 6:53 amThis would be great except I can't find a fat agnus to save my life. 8372AB (318069-03) If anyone has a working chip they would like to sell, please let me know.
