I remember you could write your own driver for a (dot matrix) printer with a WP tool on one of the extras disk, you have to take the manual of the dot matrix printer and enter long lists of control codes in the annex into the WP tool that corresponded with all operations and characters the printer could print, fonts, and also define spacing settings so your your text blocks spacings were nicely justified on both sides.
Took some weeks to perfect it, but in the end compared with a generic driver (Epson ones I believe), the results on paper were night and day. The printer I did it for was a STAR LC24-100 printer IIRC.
Nice memories of WP on the Miggy, used it for many years, until I went to Wordworth (since I had an A4000 by then) and after 1996 the inevitable Word on Windows PC.
