These are obviously a niche item - but Signature Plastics in Washington State have run a set of tall SA profile Commodore keycaps.
SP is the gold standard for quality double shot caps and since they are in the US they are super $$$.
They have a rare license to use to Commodore logo (they made the keycaps for the now defunct new Commodore that sold ITX PCs in Commodore cases).
In any case they will only work on modern MX boards like the premium Commander X16 keyboard.
